Intergenerational Mediation
Intergenerational Mediation is a specialised form of mediation designed to address conflicts and misunderstandings between different generations within a family, such as between parents and children or grandparents and grandchildren.
The focus of the work is to help you all to:
Talk and listen to each other
Improve communication
Improve understanding
Resolve conflict
Everyone has a chance to say what their issues are from their point of view. Over a period of time, with discussion, this usually reduces difficulties and means that there are less arguments.
